Location info & directions

My practice is located in a two-story brick building on Providence Road. Enter at the ground level, and Suite 100 will be on your right halfway down the main hall. Please enter into the suite and have a seat in the waiting area on your left, past the first office.

The building is wheelchair accessible via a ramp located on the northwest side. Please inform me of your accessibility needs so that I can ensure a smooth experience for you.

There are two bathrooms located on site that are lockable, all-gender bathrooms.
